mindfulness based Childbirth

All Birth Education classes at The Wren’s Nest are evidence-based and integrate mindfulness skills, partner support, comfort measures, coping skills, and how to navigate hospital protocols and staff.

While this class is not specifically about natural childbirth, many parents will use the skills taught in this series to reach that goal.

This series is detailed enough to replace either your hospital childbirth education class or homebirth course.

We have a class to fit your personal birth plan and schedule.
