MS, RD, CSCS
Jessica has been involved in wellness for over 15 years as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and registered dietitian. From a young age, she has always needed to move! Whether it was playing outside with neighborhood friends as a kid, participating in multiple sports throughout high school and college, or training others through college and beyond.
Today, as co-owner of Magnolia, mom of two young children, and part time employee at a healthcare improvement organization, Jessica understands the challenges of making health and wellness a manageable priority. She strives to combine more than 15 years of wellness experience and formal education in dietetics and fitness with life lessons to help clients and students establish realistic and achievable health goals to find balance in their lives.
Jessica is grateful to be able to bring her love of movement to her work as a 200hr certified yoga teacher and Rasamaya barre teacher. Kids & Family programs at the Wren's Nest allow her to also share these passions with her children. She is excited to support (and attend!) The Wren's Nest programs at Magnolia, where families can come together, move their bodies and build a supportive community.
